Marni Kelce

Marni Kelce: Marni got her real estate brokers license in 1985 and worked side by side with her Mother, Caron as her assistant and right hand.  During that time she was part owner of CJM Enterprises, Ltd. Buying and selling foreclosure property.  In 2000 she started Kelce Enterprises and Colorado First Real Estate.  In December of 2011, she joined the team of Colorado Home Realty to be part of their incredible culture. She found a refreshing outlook in the owners and associates and wanted to be part of a real estate office with like-minded people.  Marni is a member of the national Who’s Who, she is also a credited residential specialist and a multi-million dollar producer. Marni was awarded 2010 and 2011 Five Star Real Estate Agent in Denver’s premier 5280 Magazine.  Marni handles all her real estate transactions with a high level of market knowledge, experience, commitment and ethical practice. Whether a buyer, seller or both, in either the resale or the new build market, Marni listens to her clients needs and delivers! Today, Marni has a 90% referral based business and relies on her incredible past client base. Marni works to far exceed her clients expectations to have their business for life.

Caron Andrews

Caron Andrews:  After years of her being “the boss” Caron (also, Marni’s mother) now works as Marni’s executive assistant.  Do not be surprised if you hear from Caron on a regular basis as her primary job is working in customer relations and making sure our clients are getting all their needs meet.

Rachel Spellman: Once any of Marni’s clients become, “under-contract,” Rachel oversees the file, to ensure that every “T” is crossed and every “i” is dotted. She makes me sure that all dudiligence dates are met and also provides another available person for quickly answering any client questions when Marni is in the field.
